Not professional. Rude. Misconstrued facts.

Horrible attitude and communication. This was the most disrespectful realtor! I don't really understand how someone like this can do business.Christina swain is a pure example o I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Christina swain From the beginning, she was rude and dismissive, acting as though my concerns and questions were an inconvenience. Communication was unprofessional and often lacked basic courtesy. To make matters worse, she was unprepared and uninformed about important details regarding the property, which made the entire process even more frustrating. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for client satisfaction was shocking, and I would NOT recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about their needs. My time my realtors time and my project mangers time were all wasted. Be very careful with any deals you approach with agents like this. I offered to buy the house at asking and after being accepted at asking we continued our due diligence and notice that the building description was a clear misrepresentation of facts as they Were trying to pass a one bedroom off as a 2 bedroom. That was the first lie or misrepresentation of fact. How ever you'd like to look at it. Then before letting us know their counter they listed the house for sale for 50k less... stating they didn't feel comfortable with the deal they previously agreed to...

Christina is a down to earth, relatable professional whose guidance and knowledge in purchasing our new home was invaluable! Highly recommend!
